1. General Information and Legal Identity

2. Membership and Volunteer Programs

Application and Fees: The Trust invites individuals to join our spiritual and social mission as Members (Sadasya) or Volunteers (Sevak). The onboarding process requires the payment of specific membership fees or volunteer registration fees.

3. All such fees collected are considered voluntary contributions to the Trust to support its charitable objects.

Governance

4. The admission, roles, code of conduct, and disciplinary proceedings for all Members and Volunteers are strictly governed by the Avhigat Akhara Niyam Pustika (Constitution and Rule Book).

Termination of Membership

5. Every Trustee, Office Bearer, Member, and Volunteer is legally and morally bound by the provisions of the Niyam Pustika. The Trust reserves the absolute right to terminate the membership or volunteer status of any individual found acting against the interests, reputation, or objects of the Akhara, without any prior notice.

Website Use and Trust Activities

6. This website provides information regarding our charitable objects, including spiritual education training programs, religious congregations (such as Kumbh Mela camps), yoga training, and social services like animal welfare.

7. The Trust may engage in incidental business activities, such as the distribution of spiritual literature, Ayurvedic medicines, and religious artifacts. All profits from such activities are fully utilized for the charitable purposes of the Akhara.

Fund Collection Restrictions

8. No person is authorized to collect cash donations or subscriptions on behalf of the Trust without a valid, written Authorization Letter or ID Card issued by the President or General Secretary.

Intellectual Property Rights

9. The name AVHIGAT AKHARA, its Logo, the design of its Flag (Dharma Dhwaja), and any specific spiritual slogans or symbols adopted by the Trust are the sole Intellectual Property of the Trust. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these assets is strictly prohibited, and no member or volunteer may claim personal ownership over them.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10. These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of this website, financial transactions, or Trust activities shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in Delhi.
